Here are the Auburn University webcams, with views from several points on campus. Whenever you’re far from home—you know, this home—it’s nice to check in on the Loveliest Village of the Plain.

Here’s the best view for watching celebrations, or just to see whether anything’s happening.
Toomer’s Corner 2
You might think this alternative view of Toomer’s Corner would provide additional insight. From what I’ve seen, it doesn’t really; unless you’re interested in the routine Friday evening tow-truck activity along Magnolia Avenue. But, I haven’t actually watched a rolling from this perspective yet.
Here’s a bird’s eye view from Samford Hall. This scene will look much different once the Toomer’s descendants are full grown.
Here’s a bird’s eye view from somewhere at Haley Center. Doesn’t offer a lot in the way of detail, but it’s pretty sometimes.
They call this one the Cater Lawn cam, though it’s a much better view of the Thach concourse. This one should also be fun to watch on gameday.
Mell Classroom Construction
They never stop building. The new classroom building in front of the back of the library rivals the science building regarding impact on the feel of the campus. The lack of open space there is going to take some getting used to. Of course, anything reducing the dependence on Haley Center for classroom space should be a good thing. That’s got to be coming, right—the demolition of Haley Center? Auburn architecture professor Behzad Nakhjavan once said something along the lines of:
Brick, carpet, glass—if you use these things wisely, you get magic. If you don’t, you get Haley Center.
Let’s hope we’re using our materials wisely on Mell Street.
The Mell St. live stream stopped sometime after construction concluded. You can see webcams for current projects right here.
