Samuel’s Intangibles: Clemson Edition

Each week columnist Sam Lasseter shares from his unique perspective and predicts the outcome for Saturday’s game.

Well, the opener was interesting. The offense wasn’t as clean as we’d like, and our defense dominated an inferior opponent (as they should). Now onto bigger things—the Clemson game.

The defending national champions rolled up a 56–3 win over Kent State in week one. Our new rocket-armed QB Stidham wasn’t as clean as most fans would have wanted, but rest assured his rocket arm will only improve. We have one thing even better than that—an old prophecy is set to come true in 2017.

I see pain in Clemson's future.

I will proclaim my prophetic vision from 2012—who wants to remember that year anyway—was for 2017. I will say without a doubt this version of the Auburn Tigers will fulfill the vision I saw all the way back in August of 2012. If I’m wrong y’all can’t stone me, but I won’t be wrong and y’all know it.

In this version of the Tiger show-down I expect another hard-fought game. With Jarrett throwing over them, and Kam running through them, I expect a victory for the AUBURN Tigers. War Eagle Now, War Eagle Forever!
